Steven M Ledbetter - Co-founder and CEO. Known to many as Coach Stevo, Habitry’s CEO is an internationally recognized expert in behavior change. Stevo is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Chicago, and has an MA in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He writes a weekly column on habits and motivation for the 85 million users of MyFitnessPal, contributed to Intervention by Dan John, and published his book, We Make Communities, in 2015. He lives in Oakland and was fired from Six Apart in 2008 for writing a slide deck titled, “Why Do We Hate Our Customers So Much?”


Vanessa NaylonCo-founder, CMO & COO. Founding team member of 3 startups. Vanessa’s past lives involved marketing and growth hacking for social games, marketing and client services for ad tech, agile product management for a celebrity fan site, and community management for photographers and models. She lives in San Francisco and was fired from IronPort in 2005 for being too busy to pick up Jamba Juice. In her spare time, Vanessa organizes a community of professional women focused on goal setting and achievement.

Omar GanaiHead of Coaching Success. Omar has been obsessed with motivation, behavior change, group dynamics, and all things Social and Personality Psychology for almost a decade. Founder & Editor of Organizational Psychology Review. M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and researcher at Dr. Beck's Work Motivation Lab, Dr. Adair's Multicultural Teams Lab, and Dr. Glazer's Organizational Stress Lab. Management Consultant at Waterloo Organizational Research Consulting (WORC) Group. Former Business Analyst at Cisco. Omar lives in Toronto and has been fired for completely unfunny reasons. Proud Owner and Operator of the biggest biceps at Habitry, Co. 


Habitry is based in Oakland, California, with team members in San Francisco, Toronto, New Haven, and Indianapolis. We love working remotely and are hell bent on building a diverse, autonomous, smart team to fulfill our mission to help the most people help the most people.
