There's book learning, and then there's rolling up your sleeves and feeling empowered to do the thing you want to do.
I think the fact that our ladies have a sense of common identity in Habitry has helped massively in terms of them feeling safe enough to share.
Seeing a real difference in our members. Their confidence is growing, they're opening up and it's like somebody clicked a switch.
I feel like we have turned a corner and are really making a difference for our clients
I've gotten many compliments on how I look! But I'm taking a long view and want to be the tortoise instead of the hare. Planning my meals is just a habit now, and I don't have to think about it. I love building habits for life and being able to check in and talk about it.
Thank you for all of this. It carries a ton of value and I have learned a lot. This group has allowed me to embrace the fact that I am not trying to master these skills right now. I am practicing them to get one step closer to mastering them. That each time I revisit them I will get one step closer. That I just need to keep practicing and I will get to where I am going.
This has been some of the best time I have spent in my career as a coach.
Love this habit based program. Love to see the momentum.
I worked at weight watchers for about 3 years when my two oldest kids were little. In all my training and associations with coworkers and members, I never came across this level or quality of support. Powerful.
What I learned today is that I have the potential to be a far better coach than I had dared to dream I'd be.
I am really loving the course!! I have been much more aware of asking open-ended questions. Finding I'm able to develop deeper rapport with my clients and their accountability has gone up too.
Loving it! Awesome conversations with some really cool coaches.
I like it a lot. Some real high quality coaches and coaching going on in here.
It's been great and really starting to change the way I talk to not only clients, but everyone :-)
The course is fantastic. It has already been such an eye open so I'm really excited to progress with week 2.
I like the fact that we are working on one healthy habit at a time. I don't feel overwhelmed by the changes. Trying to change things all at once has not worked for me in the past. I can stick to our exercise program since I can do it in 20 or 30 minutes at home after work. I have been doing it consistently 5 or 6 days a week. I feel my energy levels are up.
I love my group and show it to people all the time.
I am just so delighted with the support I've had from this team and friends with my weight loss blogging and social media posts.
The group dynamic is great because everyone's hitting that "like" star and giving me positive feedback for my small efforts and that feels great.
Your approach blows my mind when I step back and look at it all together.
