Your approach blows my mind when I step back and look at it all together. I've spent decades of my life dieting, and while I don't have a ton of weight to lose, I kenw there were some mental pieces I needed to clean up/resolve. I am totally achieving that. I hardly even care if I am losing weight because I am gaining so much piece of mind. I'm sure that sounds totally insane, but I've lost weight too, so it's all good.
