In my 70 years, I have tried a lot of programs to reach a healthy body weight and maintain it. Most of my efforts worked for awhile and I was able to maintain my weight for as much as four years. I am excited about Habitry for several reasons. In other programs I was more focused on reaching the ultimate goal. In Habitry, the focus is on setting a goal for completion  of each habit presented.  In addition, I like Habitry over other programs I have used because of  the profusion of feedback received from other members and the coaches. Finally, this is a smaller group than some of the other programs and I feel like I am able to know the other members in the group more "personally" even though we don't meet in person.
