My group is helping me get over my long held belief that I have to work really freaking hard just to maintain my weight. In the past, I've taken heroic measures to lose and lose one lousy pound before gaining it right back because I just couldn't sustain that level of commitment to a restrictive diet and workout program.

The group dynamic is great because everyone's hitting that "like" star and giving me positive feedback for my small efforts and that feels great. I think that, like many, I tend to focus on all the things I'm NOT doing, or could be doing better, so having that positive feedback is awesome.
