We at the Habitry Collective got a lot of feedback on our free 167 Fat Loss Habits and the general consensus was, “it’s too much awesome information! Make it smaller!” Politely ignoring the fact that our biggest complaint was that we were giving away too much for free, we heeded the call for smaller, more sharable content that coaches wouldn’t mind sharing with clients.
